Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started.
